Your privacy is of great importance to CrossFit Hoofddorp. We therefore comply with the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. For the processing of our member administration, we use the online service SportBit manager.

In this privacy statement we explain what we do with the online service SportBit manager with information that we learn about you.

Handling order

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to be able to handle it properly. We may then give your personal details to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this we use your payment details, name and address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We are legally obliged to do this. We keep this information up to two years after your order has been completed and seven years after that (that is the legal obligation to retain).

 

Access portal

With our portal you get access to a management environment where you can set, specify and change things yourself for the online service. We keep track of what you did and when, so that there is proof of it.

For this we use you and sports performances for performance tracking and e-mail address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information up to six months after the end of the service to you.

 

Make in-app purchases

You can buy things in our online service SportBit manager. We use your personal data to process and register the purchase.

For this we use your e-mail address, billing address, name and address, telephone number and payment details. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information up to two years after your order has been completed and seven years after that (that is the legal obligation to retain).

 

Take out a subscription

You can take out a paid subscription with our online service SportBit manager. We use your personal data to process the payment.

For this we use your billing address, telephone number, payment details, e-mail address and name and address details. We are legally obliged to do this. We keep this information up to two years after you cancel the subscription and seven years thereafter (that is the legal retention).

 

Contact form and Newsletter

With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests.

For this we use your e-mail address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information in subsequent questions. We can also train our customer service to be even better.

You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can also report this via your account. You can also report this via the portal.

Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data is kept for up to three months after you cancel the subscription.

 

Purchases credits

Some things at SportBit manager work with credits, which you have to buy in advance. Hereby we use your personal data to handle the purchase and to register the credits.

For this we use your e-mail address, name and address, telephone number, payment details and billing address. We are legally obliged to do this. We keep this information up to two years after your order has been completed and seven years after that (that is the legal obligation to retain).

 

Your account

For certain parts of our online service you must first register. You must then enter information about yourself and choose a username. With this we create an account, on which you can log in with that username and a self-chosen password.

For this we use your nickname, name and address, phone number, profile picture, e-mail address, date of birth, billing address, payment details and gender. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information for six months after you have canceled the account.

We keep this information so that you do not have to re-enter it every time and so that we can approach you more easily if necessary for the online service. You can adjust information via your account whenever you want.

 

Other parties

We do not give your personal data to other companies or agencies, except if necessary for the online service or if the law says that it should. An example is that we can report to the police in the event of a suspicion of fraud.

We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this:

Provision to other companies or institutions
